Load factor: more in less

How do you get a maximum of components in a packaging system or truck, without affecting parts protection or material handling?

conTeyor uses textile as inner partitioning material for our packaging systems. As a flexible material, textile offers excellent parts protection for scratch- sensitive items. By creating a second skin around your components, ‘nesting’ is made possible. Consequently, you get more items in the same cubic space.

Truck sizes

Fitting in more components per handling unit is not the only goal. Prior to the development of a customized packaging design, conTeyor studies your component, process and transportation flow. Our designs also take your truck sizes and other relevant material handling equipment, such as forklifts into account. As a result, you no longer transport or store air and make maximum use of all the available space.
