YOUR ROLE : Expand Business & Develop Packaging solutions

  • As Account Manager, you have the final responsibility for the Sales Revenue and the profitability of the dedicated client portfolio.
  • Your main responsibilities are:
    • Identify the best strategies to develop the marketplace for conTeyor products (Textile- Plastics- Steel packaging solutions).
    • Establish a solid network and strong business relations with customers.
    • As a trusted partner in B2B supply chain efficiency, propose tailor made packaging solutions to your customers.
    • Initiate contacts, analyse the client needs, develop proposals and negotiate when required.
    • Develop custom-designed conTeyor solutions in close collaboration with the packaging engineers.
  • This position is home office based (remote) and regular travel to visit customers is required.
     

YOUR PROFILE : Entrepreneurial & Solution Selling Professional

  • You have an engineering or commercial degree, alternatively a degree as German “Techniker” or “Betriebswirt”
  • Ideally you have a previous experience in sales in the Packaging or Automotive sector (Tier 1, Tier 2) or as a packaging Engineer within an OEM.
  • Some of your key assets are:
    • Ability to advice and give value to your clients using your technical expertise.
    • Ability to develop long term trusting relationships with customers .
    • Persistent, result and sales driven attitude combined with strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • You are also recognized for your team spirit, positive attitude as well as your engagement and integrity.
  • German is the main language you will use with your clients but you have a medium to good level of English to communicate with the internal departments of our global organization.
