conTeyor Wins 'Inclusive Workplace Champion' Award in Moldova

On December 6, 2024, International Human Rights Day, conTeyor was honored at the prestigious Human Rights Gala Award ceremony, organized by UN Women. This event celebrated excellence in gender equality, and our HR team proudly accepted the 'Inclusive Workplace Champion' award. This recognition highlights our commitment to stimulation favorable conditions for women within our company, including promoting a balanced work environment that supports motherhood.

conTeyor is an active member of WEPs (Women Empowerment Principles), an international initiative supported by UN Women. In Moldova, UN Women acts as the representative organization, dedicated to advancing gender equality and empowering women worldwide. Their efforts focus on creating opportunities and accelerating progress for women and girls globally.

The gala was more than just an awards ceremony; it featured a series of insightful trainings aimed at addressing key challenges in gender equality. Participants engaged in three workshops, with a primary focus on financial literacy - an area identified as a critical gap for women in Moldova. These workshops were designed to empower women with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve financial independence, directly contributing to the broader fight for gender equality.
