Our Tier One customer was looking for a sequence rack for door panels.
The design needed to be generic to accommodate door panels for no less than 4 different brands which are built on the same platform. Quite a challenge!
Moreover the solution needed to be conductive so as to protect the electronic subassemblies against damage due to electrostatic discharge.
Our solution provided the necessary part protection, easy handling, durability and also passed our customer’s rigid ESD test procedures. This way we took a lot of our customer’s concerns away.
