To support our ambitious European expansion, we are looking for a results-driven and entrepreneurial (M/F/X) Account Manager with business development experience in the industrial packaging sector.

YOUR ROLE: Execute strategic sales plans to expand market share

As a key member of the business development team, you drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering high-value packaging solutions across sectors such as white goods, logistics, retail, construction and defence.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Act as a trusted partner in B2B supply chain efficiency by providing tailor-made packaging solutions and anticipating customers’ logistics challenges to improve profitability.
  • Manage the full sales process: initiating contacts, analyzing client needs, developing proposals, and negotiating when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop custom-designed returnable packaging solutions.
  • Coordinate activities with the technical/commercial back office in Poland  and Germany to ensure efficient project management.
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs.

What makes you a great fit?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth in the industrial packaging sector, ideally in returnable solutions.
  • Results-oriented sales expert with a customer-first approach and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong consultative approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Skilled in project management and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with integrity, engagement, and a positive attitude.
  • Autonomous and well-organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel across Germany and Europe.
