Our site in Hooge Mierde (NL) is dedicated to the assembly of packaging solutions for the high tech/semiconductor industry.

YOUR ROLE: Develop Key Accounts & Manage Projects

As Key Account Specialist you support the Key Account Manager in managing and enhancing relationships with key customers. You participate in improvement projects for these key accounts, ensuring effective communication, project execution and strategic alignment.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and their suppliers through an intensive presence at their sites.
  • Use your commercial flair to identify new developments and work closely with the Key Account Manager to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Support him in the evaluation of prototypes at customer sites.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct cost analysis and prepare presentations.
  • Identify new suppliers and expand the network as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, planning, customer service, engineering, logistics and production in Hooge Mierde, Poland and Czech Republic to ensure state-of-the-art project execution.
  • Collect firsthand data and provide data for sales growth.

Ideally you live in Eindhoven or area. You work from home but regular travel to our shop floor in Hooge Mierde, our HQ in Merelbeke (Belgium) and to clients’ or suppliers’ sites is required.

YOUR PROFILE : Entrepreneurial & Sales Driven

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of packaging and first-hand experience with 3D Software would be a plus.
  • Passionate about the technical environment in which our customers find themselves, you have the energy and drive to seek new opportunities for business growth, tenaciously building new relationships.
  • Some of your key Assets are:
    • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to identify key insights in data, enabling effective understanding of opportunities within accounts.
    • A focus on commercial results, paired with organizational talent and project management skills.
    • A strong capacity to develop long-term, trusting relationships with customers and suppliers.
    • Proficiency with Outlook and a very good understanding of Excel.
    • Fluency in Dutch and English, both in speaking and writing.
  • You are also recognized for your team spirit, positive attitude as well as your engagement and integrity.
