Customize your plastic container with custom dunnage inserts to fit your needs

The container is constructed from reinforced steel, providing durability and resistance to impact. The 1.5mm steel covering sheets ensure structural integrity while keeping the weight manageable. This thickness enhances the container’s resistance to external forces, reducing the risk of deformation and damage. Depending on the coating or treatment (e.g., galvanized or powder-coated), the steel sheets can also provide corrosion resistance, extending the container’s lifespan.

The use of full welding instead of rivets eliminates weak points that could compromise the container’s strength. Welded seams ensure that there are no gaps or loose connections, preventing the entry of moisture, dust or contaminants. Since rivets can loosen or fail under extreme heat, welded seams provide a more fire-resistant structure.

Steel locks provide enhanced security against unauthorized access, ensuring that the contents remain protected. Unlike plastic or composite locks, steel locks can withstand harsh environments, physical impact, and tampering. Locks may be integrated with different mechanisms, such as padlocks, key locks, or combination locks, based on security requirements.

Gas springs assist in smooth opening and controlled closing of the lid, preventing sudden movements that could cause injury. These gas springs are designed to withstand extreme heat and maintain functionality in case of fire. This ensures that the container remains operable even under high temperatures. The gas springs are likely rated to withstand thermal expansion and pressure changes without failing.

An open bottom and front holes allow heat, smoke, and gases to escape, reducing the risk of an internal explosion in case of a fire. These openings ensure proper airflow, which can help in cooling and preventing the buildup of flammable gases. Depending on industry standards, these design elements may be required to ensure safety in hazardous conditions.

The inner thermoformed trays, Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) trays, or foam inserts provide cushioning to protect sensitive or fragile contents. These materials can be molded or cut to fit specific components, ensuring a snug and secure hold. EPP trays offer thermal insulation, chemical resistance, and lightweight protection, making them an ideal choice for transportation and storage of delicate items.
