The challenge
Our customer, one of the largest aeronautics and space company in the world, requested to develop a packaging solution to transport an aircraft fuselage spare part over a distance of 230 kms between 2 locations. Currently they offer one-way packaging (wrapping bubble plastic) which is very time consuming and for which 2 people are needed.
The solution
We developed a flexible protective cover with a soft inside, from strong material which is easy & quick to install (smart closure). The solution is a dustproof and we developed a bag with it to store the cover.
The result
As a result we designed a solid closing system, dustproof, which gains time to install and which is easy to handle with only one person. It’s a professional, efficient solution resulting in no waste to keep a clean site.
