Transport door panels
Our house of competences and strong team work makes us really unique. The output is functional solution in very short time and I’m proud to be part of it!
The challenge
One of our customers used heavy large metal racks for transport of door panels from Czech Republic to Russia. Our customer wanted to change this packaging for a more lightweight solution. Another challenge was the fact that the component was quite high and it needed to fit in a potential new solution.
The solution
Our house of competences allowed us to provide a complete solution in which we can provide our Ecopack KIT together with textile dunnage. This solution provides the same component protection but in a much lighter box.
The result
As a result the solution was easier to handle for the operator. It simplified manipulation in the assembly line. On top the solution weights much lighter than the original steel rack which reduces the transport cost, limits the carbon footprint and overall results into a cost saving for the customer. All and all a very complete solution!
