Transport rack for front grill
This project is an example of another typical conTeyor project which is an innovative solution that was designed completely further to the customer’s needs. This is our strength, what we are good at and known for. It makes me proud to have been a part of this development!
The challenge
Our customer requested pockets to be designed for 4 different components. The challenge was that these components are all bended and have extremely sensitive surfaces.
The solution
With these requirements in mind we developed a standard galvanized non foldable rack.
The results
Since the distance of transport was only 60 km, we calculated that the cost savings in transport would not cover the extra cost for a foldable design. We managed to develop an innovative and carefree solution which met our customers needs at the fullest.
