The challenge

Our customer is a company in the white goods sector and the largest home appliance manufacturer in Europe and represented in around 50 countries around the globe. We were asked to develop packaging for several sensitive parts, such as a door frame, a glass cover and a rear frame to provide ultimate protection. The packaging is meant for long term usage in a loop system.

The solution

We developed a durable, dustproof packaging with a closing cover. The packaging is lightweight, stackable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

The result

With our solution the customer reduced waste, lowered costs and improved the quality of the product.
