The challenge

Our customer is a company in the white goods sector and the largest home appliance manufacturer in Europe. The company is represented in around 50 countries around the globe. We were asked to develop packaging for several sensitive parts, such as a door frame, a glass cover and a rear frame to provide ultimate protection. The packaging is meant for long term usage in a loop system.

The solution

We developed a durable, dustproof packaging: an Ecopack KIT with an additional closing cover. With this packaging we used all the features of the Ecopack at the fullest: lightweight, dustfree, stackable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

The result

With our solution the customer not only lowered the cost of the packaging, but also improved the quality of the solution and reduced waste. Good for our customers wallet and for the environment!
